These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in AIC programs, classes, events, performances, volunteer activities, communications, and use of AIC's website and related services.

By using AIC's website, registering for or participating in an AIC program or event, or otherwise using AIC services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

AIC is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting Indian arts and culture through education, training, programs, performances, and community activities.

AIC offers programs and activities that may include music and cultural education, classes, performances, community events, volunteer activities, and other related programs.

AIC may offer classes, programs, performances, workshops, community events, volunteer opportunities, and other activities.

Program schedules, instructors, locations, availability, and other details may change from time to time. AIC reserves the right to modify, reschedule, postpone, or cancel programs or events when reasonably necessary.

Participants are responsible for providing accurate information when registering for AIC programs and activities.

AIC offers an optional SMS/text messaging program for individuals who choose to receive AIC communications.

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from AIC, you consent to receive text messages related to AIC programs, classes, events, performances, registrations, volunteer activities, reminders, schedule changes, and other AIC-related communications.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive SMS messages is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing, registering for, or participating in AIC programs or services.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any AIC text message.

After you send STOP, you may receive a confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from the applicable AIC SMS program unless you subsequently opt in again.

SMS message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and network provider. Delivery of SMS messages cannot be guaranteed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
